About 30 employees acted as tour guides and on-the-floor presenters. Everyone was able to see our machines and assemblies in action and to ask questions, not only about our processes in production, but also about how we develop products in R&D and engineering. Everyone was treated to a nice lunch, where managers and engineers joined them for discussions and to answer questions, and goody bags were given out to all.
